About Me

As a HCPC registered psychologist with over 2,000 hours of experience, I am proud to specialise in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ youth. I have worked since 2011 to support and empower children, young people and adults, helping them to achieve their full potential by fostering well-being in a compassionate space.

Tailoring my approach to meet the individual needs of my clients, my flexible, integrated working methods are centred around the principles of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). Whilst I specialise in working with young people (aged 6-25), I am dedicated to providing a supportive therapeutic environment for children, adolescents and adults alike. I work together with my clients to find creative and effective solutions for their unique journeys.

“As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, it is my pleasure and privilege to work with people to help them understand and celebrate their authentic self. I moved from Germany to the UK at 16 years old to attend boarding school, but have called Brighton home since 2012. I enjoy travel, yoga and spending time with my husband and two cats: Ru and Paul.”
